First Hotels offers two hotels in Malmö; First Hotel Jörgen Kock and First Hotel Mortensen. Malmö is the third biggest city in Sweden. The city is thought to have been found 1275 and was populated and grew larger due to the good fishing in the area.

Now days Malmö is blooming with rich culture and is part of the transnational Öresund Region. Natural elements in Malmö are the many parks and recreational areas as well as the Öresund Brigde linking Copenhagen in Denmark and Malmö together.

At Cool Minds children of all ages can to try a variety of creative and exciting experiments, and participate in workshops.

Cool Minds are open both weekdays and weekends.

Note that some activities are drop-in, others must be booked beforehand.

When you stay at one of our hotels in Malmö, the easiest way to get to Cool Minds is to take bus no. 8, or simply drive there.

Folkets Park

Malmö Folkets Park is the oldest public amusement park in the world - and it´s free. The many faces of the park makes it joyable for the whole family.

Join in for some adventure golf, pat the cute rabbits at the mini-farm, see what the terrarium has to offer or hit the dance floor in Malmös best club scene.

Both bus no. 5 and 32 takes you to Folkets Park from our hotels in Malmö. If you stay at First Hotel Mortensen it is only a 20 min. walk, if you prefer a stroll to the park.

City Boats

Take a ride on the canals in Malmö and experience the city from the water. The City Boats in Malmö is a great way to see the Malmö in your own pace.

The pedal boats can take up to four persons and is a perfect family adventure. Life jackets can be borrowed without extra charge.

You find the City Boats in Malmö at Amiralsbron near Gustav Adolfs Torg during the period April - September.

Leo´s Lekland

Slides, ball pits, climbing frames, bikes, trampolines... the list goes on and on.

Leo´s Lekland in Malmö is a big playground for children who likes to have fun.

Bring your family to a funfilled day with a lot of laughter.

It possible to warm baby food in the micro wave ovens in the café but it´s not allowed to bring your own food. Also note that you as adult are responsible for your children.

It is recommended for the children to wear socks and not to wear any sharp objects in their pockets.

You'll find Leo´s Lekland at Stadiongatan 24 in Malmö close to Cool Minds about 30 min by bus from both our hotels in Malmö; First Hotel Jörgen Kock and First Hotel Mortensen.
