Retreat into the lavish extravagance of the Grand Junior Suite and revel the excellent view of historic Odense from your private balcony. Enjoy a perfectly chilled bottle Nicolas Feuillatte Reserve Brut, an elegantly bodied champagne with fruity characteristics and subtle notes of citrus.
We know that you both deserve and demand the very best. We have therefore curated a fine dining experience in the bespoke Restaurant Grand.
The opening act consists of an aperitif prepared in the Grand Bar setting the tone for an immaculate evening of fine dining.
Enjoy the delicate interplay between a refined 6-course seasonal menu and your choice of either our carefully curated wine menu or a selection of locally produced craft beers. Perfect parings in flavour and body, adeptly suited for an exquisite evening in the marvellous architecture of Restaurant Grand.
The evening concludes with a digestif served from the Grand Bar providing a tasteful epilogue to an evening of discrete sophistication and effortless elegance.

1x Cocktail before dinner served from Grand Bar from 17:00.

- This stay must be booked for 2 persons.
- Please note: That the Grand Deluxe 6-course dinner must commence no later than 20:30
Other booking conditions
- This offer must be booked min. 2 days in advance.
- Cancellation no later than 48 hours before arrival.
- The offer cannot be combined with other offers.
- Restaurant opening hours:
- Weekday breakfast 06:30 – 10:00
- Weekend breakfast 07:00 – 10:30
- Lunch 12:00 – 16:00
- Evening 17:00 - 21:45
- Please note: Restaurant Grand is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
- We kindly ask that you inform us of any special dietary requests or allergens in the comments upon booking.
- We will make table reservations on the day of arrival unless otherwise instructed.
Special circumstances - COVID-19
Due to the special circumstances associated with the Coronavirus, COVID-19. Grand Bar and Restaurant Grand will be closed until Sunday 29 March 2020. We reserve the right to extend this period in accordance with recommendations and orders from the Danish Government & Health Authority.
It is therefore not possible to offer this stay during the period.
